Return and Refund Policy
We take huge pride in all of our products and hope you enjoy them as much as we do, however should there be any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us so we can give you an enjoyable experience.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of the order being placed and if you have not received confirmation of dispatch yet. If it has been within the 24 hour period, yet we have sent a confirmation of dispatch, you will not be able to cancel your order. There will also be a 10% restocking fee for the cancellation of your order.
Return // Exchange // Cancellation: Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept cancellation of orders.
Refunds: NO refunds. Orders go into the queue immediately after they are submitted. This requires time and materials, and I CANNOT refund once your order is placed. If you have any doubts, please reconsider. It will save an uncomfortable conversation.
"I PLACED AN ORDER, AND THEN I HAD CAR TROUBLE, MY CAT GOT SICK, I FORGOT I WAS OUT OF LAUNDRY DETERGENT, ETC. WILL YOU REFUND MY MONEY?"
I'm sorry, but there are NO REFUNDS after an order is placed. Please refer to the refund section in the policies above.
"YOU TOOK TOO LONG ON MY ORDER. I WANT A REFUND."
We try to get out orders as quick as we can, but sometimes there are delays. Especially during the Halloween and Christmas season. When you purchase from us, you are supporting a small, family owned business who put their heart and soul into every order. Please be patient with us, and if you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out us.
We do not offer refunds even if we are delayed in sending out your order.
Lost/Stolen Policy: if your package gets lost/stolen please contact the carrier and file a report. Once your package has left our facility and onto the hands of the mail courier, we are not responsible for the condition you receive it. We make sure everything is packaged accordingly to avoid damage during shipping. ALT. Cosmetics is not responsible for lost/ stolen packages and will not resend packages for lost or stolen orders.
Damaged Products: Minor damage or imperfections such as cracking, slight crushing, and small dents may occur during shipment/carrier travel. These minor issues only affect the aesthetic of the item and not the usability and therefore, they will not be eligible for an exchange. Major or severe damage will need to be reviewed to be considered eligible for replacement. You will need to submit a photograph of the product's condition in the exact state it was in when it arrived within three days of the carrier's confirmed delivery date. Leave the product inside the box and do not open or tamper with the packaging before photographing the damage.
